I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Lambeth and Victoria and and have eleven years experience providing Counselling and Psychotherapy in South West London.Many of us can feel stuck in our lives, or that we repeat the same patterns and difficulties.Sometimes we may experience particular losses or changes in our life; sometimes our anxieties seem more general, and we cannot find a way forward.
Counselling can help clarify our thoughts and feelings. It can help us understand how our past is affecting our present. The therapy can help explore ways of approaching our future with more awareness and greater understanding of ourselves and our relations with others.
